Dear Roger:

I can’t believe that six months have passed since you completed construction on our second-story master bedroom suite. We’re both so busy that time passes quickly.

As you know, Randy and I had a large house-warming party in May. We had a great time giving tours of the house. Of course, the moment you walk through the front door you see the magnificent wood spiral staircase. It’s a warm invitation to walk upstairs. Everyone oooh-ed and ahhh-ed at our lush bedroom with balcony. The women lusted after the enormous closets. The best part, however, was the unanimous reaction to the glass block shower-for-two: “Wow!”

We can’t thank you enough, Roger. We tell people who are contemplating remodeling to call you: pay for the best and avoid the horror stories we’ve all heard. The work was done professionally, on time, in budget, and with a sense of real pride in a job well done. No one could ask for more.

Randy and I will call you when we need more room. Until then, we hope all is well with you and yours.
