Enclosed is the final payment for our completed new kitchen. Thank you very much for the fine job you did. Flo and I love our new, beautiful contemporary kitchen with the white tile floor, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and dark granite counters.

We first saw you at the Los Angeles Home Show at the Convention Center. We were attracted to your booth by the beautiful pictures of work you had done. We started talking with you and you really seemed knowledgeable and sincere. We had heard many horror stories about contractors starting jobs and then not showing up again for several weeks or months. You assured us that you did not work that way. You were actually the first contractor that we talked to, and we decided to trust you. Reading the client letters in your portfolio was reassuring.

You drew and revised the plans to fulfill our desires. You stuck to the budget. You went with us to find the exact granite, tiles, and appliances we wanted, and you did it with professionalism and always had a smile on your face. You even took us out for lunch.

All of your subcontractors were superb: Wayne for electrical, Byron for plumbing, Mike for painting, Robert Ishida for the drywall, and American Granite for the tile and granite work.

Your time frame was near perfect. There was hardly a day when no work was being done.

Mark and Orlando are truly "Superman I and Superman II." They are skilled workers, and they are fun to work with. They never minded having to make small changes when the necessity arose.
