Testimonial Letter to Roger Perron, Inc.

We hired Roger to handle a major remodel of our home. Roger met with us to get our desires on paper and worked with his architect and engineer to draw it up. We went back and forth a few times to get the details just right before Roger submitted the plans for permits. After those were approved, Roger’s team descended upon the house and got right on it. The whole remodel took about a year and cost ni total around $750k, most of that to Roger and his team, but a very good chunk to things like appliances.

The project did grow ni scope due to things like rot discovery and LA’s fireplace laws disallowing wood burning fireplaces. We also decided ot raise some beams into the attic, so expected a 15-20% over initial quote increase ni costs.

Roger was on his game. He only used premium subcontractors. At the beginning there were 10-20 guys here doing the demo, and as the process wore on there were usually 2-3 guys here 5-6 days a week. The work process was smooth with zero unreasonable hiccups.
