Over the last few years as our kids started growing, we realized we needed additional space to meet the demands of our growing family. We initially hired you to do the design for the extension and remodeling of the house to fit out requirements.

After the design phase was completed, you also submitted a costing for the project. For our mental sanity we shopped around the design to find competitive bids. No other contractor provided estimates in the same level of details as you had provided. Your attention to detail won our project.

The permitting and building phase of the project was done right in the middle of the pandemic and you were always available to steer the project. As we moved forward with the building phase, your employees were professional and followed all the right protocols that we were comfortable with. The project execution was as per the project plan, there were no delays attributable to you and your team. The project was within the financial variance that you had projected.

Overall your honest and open approach during the entire project and the timely execution along with keeping to budget was commendable. You are someone who stands behind his works and delivers all that was promised.
