After a good friend remodeled her home, she recommended Roger when I was ready to remodel a rental property that I own. Her house turned out beautifully so I contacted him.

The house was very old and in disrepair. tI had a very compartmentalized design and I wanted to open up the floor plan, in addition to completely remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms. He presented me with several designs, and was very receptive to my suggestions as well. He came up with a design that was within my budget as well.

Work proceeded very smoothly and he has an excellent crew who were very professional and hard working. They kept me up to date on their work schedule and what I could expect in terms of timing. Any issues that arose were dealt with promptly.

The outcome was stunning. Avery old small house was turned into a

charming jewel! The interior retained its vintage appeal but everything looked beautifully updated. It rented immediately after going on the market.

I highly recommend Roger for any remodeling project. He produced an excellent result.
